Besides the two Keynote & Debate and Expert Talk & Roundtable sessions, we are inviting paper submissions for parallel symposia (60 min talks & 30 min discussion).
We are inviting paper submissions for parallel symposia in two formats:
–Complete symposium with 3-4 speakers (plus a possible discussant)
–Individual paper submissions that will be combined into symposia according to best fit by the selection committee.
–Complete symposium: Please submit an overall symposium abstract with title (max. 300 words) that summarises the symposium’s main topic and aim, as well as an individual abstract for each talk (max. 200 words) with title, speaker name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information (email/website/twitter, etc.) as one PDF file. Individual abstracts can comprise one figure (figure legend not included in word count).
–Individual paper submission: Please submit an abstract (max. 200 words) with title, speaker name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information (email/website/twitter, etc.) as a PDF file, which can comprise one figure (figure legend not included in word count).
–Submission deadline: August 31st, 2021.
Symposia and individual paper submissions should be addressing theory and/or research within the overall conference topic and thus ideally comprise a social neuroscience element. We welcome submissions from both human and animal research and are particularly encouraging early career researchers to submit papers.
Submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee and successful applicants will be notified by September 5, 2021.
